- Manage and maintain company records, documents, and databases.
- Handle data entry and prepare reports in Excel or ERP systems.
- Coordinate with sales, operations, accounts, and customer support teams.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and other office documentation.
- Monitor emails, calls, and internal communication.
- Ensure timely filing and record maintenance.
- Assist in inventory tracking and order processing.
- Support management with administrative tasks and scheduling.
