About the Role
Task Tracker Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training programs for sales and demo executives, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills required to perform effectively. The Trainer will play a key role in onboarding, product training, process improvement, and continuous learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct induction and onboarding training for new employees.
- Deliver product, process, sales, and soft skills training.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Assess training effectiveness through quizzes, evaluations, and feedback.
- Identify training needs in coordination with department managers.
- Provide coaching and performance improvement support to employees.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
- Conduct refresher training sessions to improve employee performance.
- Stay updated on company products, processes, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with sales and tech department heads to implement learning and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in Training, Learning & Development, Sales Training, or Process Training.
- Experience in SaaS, BPO, Customer Support, or Sales training is an added advantage.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong facilitation and coaching abilities.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Ability to create engaging training content and deliver interactive sessions.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
