Job Purpose:
To manage customer relationships, ensure high client retention, and drive engagement through effective CRM processes and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate customer/dealer information
- Track customer interactions, complaints, and follow-ups
- Generate reports on customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Coordinate with sales team to ensure timely response to client queries
- Design and implement loyalty/retention programs
- Monitor customer feedback and escalate issues to relevant departments
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints
- Support sales team with data for lead follow-ups and conversions
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CRM software/tools
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Salary: As per industry standards, negotiable based on experience
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
