POSITION: HR Recruiter

Position Purpose
We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter with a strong background in end-to-end recruitment within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of proven experience sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top talent for various roles in the construction sector. The successful candidate will play a critical role in building and maintaining a high-performing team by identifying and attracting skilled professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies tailored to the construction industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
2. Talent Sourcing:
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, industry networks, and direct sourcing.
- Build and maintain a talent pool of potential candidates for future openings.
3. Candidate Screening and Selection:
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including phone interviews, video interviews, and in-person interviews.
- Evaluate candidates qualifications, experience, and cultural fit with the company.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
4. End-to-End Recruitment:
- Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and acceptance.
- Handle pre-employment processes such as background checks, reference checks, and employment verifications.
5. Client and Candidate Management:
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates to hiring managers and candidates, ensuring clear and timely communication.
6. Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Use data to continuously improve the recruitment process and outcomes.
7. Compliance and Best Practices:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance recruitment strategies.
8. Onboarding and Integration:
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Provide support and guidance to new employees during their initial period.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience within the construction industry.
Skills:
- Proven ability to source, screen, and select candidates effectively.
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its specific hiring requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter).
