SR4IPR Partners is a leading Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) law firm providing legal services in trademarks, patents, copyrights, designs, and IP advisory. We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant cum Executive Assistant to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accounting records and pass daily accounting entries.
- Handle bookkeeping, invoices, and payment records.
- Manage GST, TDS, and statutory compliance documentation.
- Perform bank reconciliations and follow up on payments.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain financial records.
- Manage emails, schedules, and administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and internal teams.
- Assist management with day-to-day operational activities.
- Maintain confidential documents and office records.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter (Preferred)
- Freshers with good accounting knowledge may apply.
- Knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
