Academic Counsellor – Job Description
We are hiring passionate and target-oriented Academic Counsellors for Catalyst. The role involves guiding students on career opportunities, explaining courses, handling admission counselling, and converting leads into enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents regarding courses and career options
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for admissions
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions
- Maintain student database and CRM updates
- Achieve monthly admission targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams
Requirements
- Excellent communication and convincing skills
- Passion for sales and student counselling
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
