Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and MIS for TPA operations
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies
- Handle audits (internal, statutory, tax, IRDAI) and coordinate with auditors
- Monitor claims accounting, insurer receivables, hospital payables, and reconciliations
- Oversee GST, TDS, income tax compliance and timely filings
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and variance reports
- Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and risk management processes
- Liaise with insurers, hospitals, banks, and regulatory authorities as required
- Support management in strategic and financial decision-making
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience in Insurance / TPA / Healthcare / Financial Services preferred
- Strong knowledge of IRDAI guidelines, accounting standards, and taxation
- Hands-on experience with MIS, reconciliations, and audit handling
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
