We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Infrastructure & Network Manager to manage and maintain our office IT infrastructure supporting approximately 100 users. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted network connectivity, maintaining servers and end-user systems, managing IT assets, implementing cybersecurity best practices, and providing prompt technical support to employees.
The ideal candidate should be capable of independently managing the organization's day-to-day IT operations while coordinating with external vendors for specialized support.

Manage and maintain the office LAN, Wi-Fi and internet connectivity.

Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls and VPN access.

Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.

Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and resolve outages promptly.

Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for connectivity and bandwidth management.

Manage Windows servers and Active Directory.
-
Maintain DNS, DHCP, file sharing and user access permissions.
-
Monitor server performance and storage utilization.
-
Perform regular updates, patches and preventive maintenance.
-
Provide technical support to approximately 100 employees.

Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers and scanners.
-
Resolve hardware, software and operating system issues.
-
Configure email accounts and productivity software.
-
Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees by creating and disabling user accounts.
-
Maintain inventory of computers, networking devices and peripherals.
-
Track hardware allocation, warranties and AMC details.
-
Plan replacement and procurement of IT equipment.
-
Ensure proper documentation of all IT assets.
-
Manage antivirus and endpoint protection solutions.
-
Configure and maintain firewall security.
-
Implement password and access control policies.
-
Monitor for malware, phishing and other security threats.
-
Ensure regular operating system and software updates.
-
Perform regular server and data backups.
-
Verify successful completion of backups.
-
Restore data when required.
-
Maintain backup documentation and recovery procedures.
-
Install and maintain licensed software.
-
Monitor software license compliance.
-
Coordinate software renewals and subscriptions.
-
Support Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
-
Maintain CCTV systems and video storage.
-
Coordinate maintenance of biometric attendance and access control systems.
-
Troubleshoot surveillance equipment when required.
-
Coordinate with hardware vendors, software providers and service partners.
-
Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
-
Obtain quotations and coordinate procurement of IT equipment.
-
Ensure vendors meet agreed service levels.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, firewalls and enterprise networking equipment.
