Job Title: Trainee / Junior Service Engineer

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Junior Service Engineer based in Delhi. You will handle on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery at customer locations across the Delhi/NCR region. You will report directly to the service head at our Chennai headquarters.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Service: Install, commission, and repair machinery at customer factories.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults on-site.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct scheduled preventive maintenance visits to prevent breakdowns.
- Technical Support: Resolve basic customer queries over phone or email.
- HQ Coordination: Submit daily service reports and customer feedback to the Chennai office.
- Spare Parts: Manage local inventory and request replacement parts from HQ.
- Client Training: Demonstrate safe and efficient machinery operation to client operators.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Education: Diploma or B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in machinery servicing.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR and nearby states.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read engineering drawings and electrical circuits.
- Communication: Fluency in Hindi for client interaction; working knowledge of English for HQ reporting.
- Ownership: High level of independence to work remotely from the main office.
