Responsibilities:
- Take complete ownership of our in-house kitchen.gh.
- You will be responsible for feeding our family of 150+ employees daily, managing everything from menu creation and high-volume cooking to kitchen staff leadership and meticulous hygiene maintenance.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience running a commercial, corporate, or centralized cloud kitchen, with a proven track record of managing a kitchen team.
- Comfortable working a 10-hour shift, Monday to Saturday.
- Language Skills: Fluency in at least one of these languages is mandatory: Hindi, Kannada, or English
- Plan and prepare well-rounded daily menus featuring an expert mix of both North Indian and South Indian cuisines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
