ABOUT THE ROLE
Neelpadam Builders Pvt. Ltd. (part of Karmyogi Group) is hiring a Civil Engineer for its flagship Karmyogi Gram township on NH-2, Mathura — a 200-acre integrated township with roads, parks, housing & commercial infrastructure.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan & execute civil works — site development, roads, drainage, RCC
- Review structural drawings, BOQs & technical specifications
- Supervise sub-contractors, masons & labour at site
- Prepare progress reports; coordinate with PM & consultants
- Manage material procurement, inventory & site testing
- Ensure quality standards, safety norms & project timelines
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering from a recognised institution
- 4–8 years in real estate construction or infrastructure projects
- Strong knowledge of RCC, township infra & finishing works
- Proficient in AutoCAD; MS Project / Primavera preferred
- Willing to be based full-time at Mathura project site
