Job Summary:
We are looking for an Accounts Executive with experience in E-Commerce accounting and marketplace reconciliations.
The role involves managing financial transactions, settlements, GST compliance, vendor payments, and reconciliation of online sales channels. Key Responsibilities Manage daily accounting entries and bookkeeping. Reconcile sales, returns, refunds, commissions, and settlement reports. Handle marketplace accounting for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, and other online platforms. Verify payment settlements received from marketplaces and identify discrepancies. Process invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and vendor payments. Manage accounts payable and receivable. Assist in GST, TDS, and statutory compliance activities. Prepare MIS reports and financial reconciliation statements. Coordinate with internal teams and marketplace support teams for issue resolution. Support monthly and yearly financial closing activities. Marketplaces Handled Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, Nykaa, Tata Cliq, Reliance Ajio, Brand Website, and other E-Commerce channels.
Qualifications & Experience B.Com / M.Com / Finance or Accounting Graduate.
1–3 years of experience in Accounts and E-Commerce Reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and accounting principles.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, HLOOKUP preferred).
Experience in Tally ERP or similar accounting software. Skills Required Strong analytical and reconciliation skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
