We are looking for a proactive and organized Business Coordinator to support daily business operations, coordinate with clients and internal teams, manage documentation, follow up on orders/projects, and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments
- Handle quotations, purchase orders, invoices, and documentation
- Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments
- Maintain records and prepare reports in Excel or ERP systems
- Assist sales and business development teams
- Schedule meetings and manage communication between teams
- Monitor project/order status and provide regular updates
- Resolve customer queries and operational issues
- Ensure timely execution of business activities
Required Skills:
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email communication
- Strong follow-up and multitasking ability
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of sales and operations processes
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field
- Experience in coordination, sales support, or operations preferred
Experience:
- 1–5 years preferred (can vary as per company requirement)
Salary:
- Based on experience and industry standards
