Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accountant. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge and candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime, preparation of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, and day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should possess strong accounting knowledge, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Record and maintain day-to-day financial transactions using Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Prepare, review, and analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Maintain accurate ledgers, journals, vouchers, and accounting records.
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor vendor and customer accounts.
- Assist in preparing financial reports, including Trial Balance and Balance Sheet.
- Maintain accounting records for audits and internal financial reviews.
- Monitor petty cash and maintain expense records.
- Support the Finance team in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of financial transactions.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
- Knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements.
- Basic understanding of bank reconciliation and ledger management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Qualifications
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or an equivalent qualification.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of accounting experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of financial compliance, taxation, and documentation is preferred.
