We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify, attract, and nurture potential customers for our training programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating qualified leads through digital marketing, online research, outbound campaigns, and lead nurturing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate qualified leads through various online and offline channels.
- Research and identify potential students, corporate clients, and business opportunities.
- Manage lead databases and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Execute email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate with the admissions and sales teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Track lead conversion metrics and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve campaign performance and lead quality.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation reports.
- Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, or digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems.
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and lead generation techniques.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the education or training industry.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
- Familiarity with automation and CRM tools.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
