- Counsel prospective students on IICT programs, courses, and career paths
- Handle inquiries via calls, emails, and walk-ins efficiently
- Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed enrollments
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and report daily/weekly
- Coordinate with academic and operations teams for seamless onboarding
- Achieve assigned admission/enrollment and conversion targets
- Ensure a high level of student satisfaction throughout the counselling process
Preferred Background & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
- 3 - 7 years in academic counselling, admissions, or education sales (preferred).
