As a Territory Sales Manager – BFSI, you will drive new business growth across the Banking, Financial Services, Insurance (BFSI), FinTech, and NBFC ecosystem in India. You'll partner with marketing, digital, customer experience, and business leaders to help financial institutions deliver personalized customer engagement through WebEngage's Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Marketing Automation solutions.
You will own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and consultative discovery to commercial negotiations and deal closure—while building long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the BFSI landscape.

Drive new logo acquisition and revenue growth across the BFSI segment.

Build and manage a robust sales pipeline by identifying opportunities within banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, fintechs, wealth management firms, and digital financial services organizations.

Engage with CXOs and senior stakeholders including CMOs, Chief Digital Officers, Heads of CRM, Customer Experience, Digital Banking, Growth, and Product.

Understand customer challenges around customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, cross-sell, and lifecycle marketing, and position WebEngage's platform to address these needs.

Lead solution presentations, product demonstrations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.

Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Maintain accurate pipeline visibility, sales forecasting, and CRM hygiene.

Stay informed about BFSI industry trends, regulatory developments, and evolving customer engagement strategies.

5–8 years of successful B2B SaaS or technology solution sales experience.

Proven experience selling MarTech, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Marketing Automation, CRM, Customer Engagement, Analytics, Digital Experience, or SaaS platforms to BFSI organizations.

Strong network and experience engaging decision-makers within banks, insurance companies, NBFCs, fintechs, or other financial institutions.

Demonstrated success in managing consultative sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
Candidates with experience selling technology solutions to organizations in the BFSI ecosystem—including retail banking, digital banking, lending, insurance, payments, wealth management, or fintech—will be strongly preferred.
Experience working with customer engagement, CRM, digital marketing, analytics, or customer experience platforms is highly desirable.
