We are hiring Alarm Monitoring Executive for Chennai ( Rotational Shift).
Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai
Shift: 3 Rotational Shifts
Experience: 1–3 Years
Job Summary:
Monitor telecom tower alarms, identify faults, raise tickets, coordinate with field technician, and ensure timely resolution to maintain site uptime and SLA compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor alarms from telecom tower sites on a 24x7 basis.
- Identify power, DG, battery, rectifier, transmission, and site-down alarms.
- Create and track incident tickets.
- Escalate alarms as per defined escalation matrix.
- Coordinate with field technician for fault resolution.
- Maintain alarm logs and prepare daily reports.
- Ensure timely closure of alarms within SLA.
Requirements:
- ITI, Diploma/BE/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
- Should be well versed in MS-Excel
- 1–3 years of experience in NOC, alarm monitoring, or telecom operations.
- Basic knowledge of telecom tower infrastructure and power systems.
- Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
