Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to join our sales team. The role involves traveling across West Bengal, visiting existing and potential customers, developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit contractors, consultants, and project sites across West Bengal.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Promote the company's products and services to generate sales.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market surveys and gather competitor information.
- Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations, and payments.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit regular sales updates.
- Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and customer support.
- Represent the company professionally in the market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
- 2–3 years of experience in Field Sales/Marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively across West Bengal.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
