- Support the creative team with ideas, planning, and campaign coordination
- Lead and motivate team members to achieve targets and deadlines
- Handle task follow-ups, reporting, and project updates
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely execution of tasks
- Assist in planning marketing and promotional activities
