JOB SUMMARY :
We are hiring , Banking Telecallers to promote banking products and services, generate leads, and assist customers over the phone. Candidates should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Contact prospective and existing customers by phone.
- Promote banking products such as personal loans, credit cards, savings accounts, insurance, and fixed deposits.
- Explain product features and resolve customer queries.
- Generate leads and schedule appointments where required.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Follow up with customers to complete the application process.
- Meet daily and monthly sales calling target.
ELIGIBILITY :
- Any Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Good communication skills in English and the local language.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
