Qlive Connect is looking for a passionate and communication-focused Student Relations Manager (SRM) to manage student engagement, support learning experiences, and maintain strong relationships with students and parents. The ideal candidate should be proactive, organized, and capable of handling student communication efficiently in a fast-paced EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage student onboarding and daily communication
- Build and maintain positive student relationships
- Follow up on attendance, class schedules, and student progress
- Coordinate with tutors and internal teams for smooth operations
- Resolve student queries and provide timely support
- Maintain student records and reports accurately
- Ensure high student satisfaction and retention
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Full-time commitment
- Ability to handle students professionally and confidently
- Basic computer and coordination skills
- Experience in EdTech or Education sector is preferred
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
