About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative senior fashion designer cum customer support executive to handle customer interactions while providing expert design guidance. In this role, you will be the direct bridge between our clients and our production team—understanding customer requirements, helping them select or customize designs, and ensuring every custom frock or garment meets their exact expectations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction & Support: Handle customer inquiries via calls, chats, or in-person regarding orders, styling, and design options.
- Custom Design Consultation: Interact closely with customers to understand their unique requirements for custom frocks and dresses, guiding them through fabric choices, colors, and design patterns.
- Design & Customization Coordination: Translate customer ideas into clear design instructions and coordinate seamlessly with our production unit to ensure accurate execution.
- Order Management: Assist customers with selecting ready-to-ship or pre-order products, managing sizes, styling advice, and tracking the status of their customized orders.
- Problem Solving: Address any customer concerns or alteration needs promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Degree or Diploma in Fashion Designing (or relevant textile/design qualification).
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in fashion design, boutique operations, or client-facing styling/customer support roles.
- Design Expertise: Strong knowledge of kids' ethnic and western wear, frocks, fabrics, patterns, and custom tailoring processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (fluent in Malayalam and English) with a polite, professional, and customer-friendly attitude.
- Computer Skills: Basic computer proficiency for managing customer queries and digital order logs.
- Location: Candidates from Kodakara and nearby areas within a 5–10 km radius preferred.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
