Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee the manufacturing operations of Sublimation Paper and Butter Paper products. The candidate should have strong knowledge of coating machines, production planning, quality control, packaging lines, manpower management, and continuous process improvement to ensure efficient and cost-effective production.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Management
- Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets.
- Ensure smooth operation of coating machines and paper converting processes.
- Optimize machine utilization, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Minimize production downtime through effective planning and preventive maintenance coordination.
Coating Machine Operations
- Possess hands-on knowledge of coating machine setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor coating quality, GSM, moisture levels, and product specifications.
- Ensure proper raw material utilization and reduce wastage.
Packaging Line Management
- Supervise packaging line operations and ensure smooth product flow.
- Monitor packing quality, labeling, palletizing, and dispatch readiness.
- Improve packaging efficiency and reduce material losses.
Quality Control & Compliance
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for inspections and corrective actions.
- Implement and maintain SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety standards.
Team Leadership
- Manage production supervisors, machine operators, and shop-floor staff.
- Conduct training programs to improve employee skills and productivity.
- Monitor workforce performance and maintain discipline on the production floor.
Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for machine breakdowns and preventive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure production equipment remains in optimal working condition.
Inventory & Cost Control
- Monitor consumption of raw materials, chemicals, packing materials, and utilities.
- Control production costs and minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with stores and procurement departments for material availability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Paper Technology, or related field.
- 5–10+ years of experience in paper manufacturing, coating operations, or packaging industries.
- Experience in Sublimation Paper, Release Paper, Thermal Paper, Butter Paper, or coated paper manufacturing preferred.
Required Skills

- Experience managing packaging lines and finishing operations.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
