The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with developers to source new sole selling mandate business for the company. They should have prior proven experience in business acquisition of developers in either Western suburbs, Central suburbs or South Mumbai
Responsibilities
Identify partnership opportunities with developers for sole selling mandate business
Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help company expand.
Conduct required due diligence of the developers and gather required market intelligence on the project and location.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2 years' of prior proven business development experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good network with developers across Mumbai
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development and business acquisition.
Focused and goal-oriented

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Work Location: On the road
