AVM Corporation is seeking a proactive and organized Sales Coordinator to support the sales team for Solar Energy Solutions and Activated Carbon products. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating sales activities, managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations, maintaining sales records, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the sales team.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination
- Assist the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate with customers regarding inquiries, orders, and follow-ups.
- Maintain customer databases and sales records.
Customer Relationship Management
- Handle customer calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers.
- Coordinate with clients for order confirmation and documentation.
Order & Documentation Management
- Process sales orders and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and accounts departments.
- Prepare reports related to sales performance and customer status.
Solar Business Support
- Coordinate with customers regarding rooftop solar projects.
- Assist in collecting required documents for subsidy and project approvals.
- Track project status and update customers regularly.
Activated Carbon Business Support
- Coordinate with industrial clients regarding product requirements.
- Manage order tracking, dispatch coordination, and delivery follow-ups.
- Maintain records of customer requirements and repeat orders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of email communication and CRM software is preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer handling abilities.
- Good English and Hindi communication.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Back Office Sales, or related roles preferred.
- Experience in Solar, Renewable Energy, Electrical, Industrial Products, or Activated Carbon industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
