- Financial Recording & Reporting: Maintain general ledgers, prepare balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Revenue Cycle & Billing Management: Oversee patient billing, manage accounts receivable, process insurance claims, and track payments to ensure efficient cash flow.
- Accounts Payable & Payroll: Manage vendor payments, purchase order execution, and payroll, including calculating doctor incentives and employee salary payments.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop and monitor departmental budgets, conduct cost analyses for medical services, and identify areas to reduce expenses.
- Compliance & Auditing: Ensure adherence to tax regulations (TDS, GST), local healthcare laws, and prepare for internal or external financial audits.
