Cloak Digital Labs is seeking a motivated and result-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our digital marketing and web development services.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and networking.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and website development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide customized solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and business contracts.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and submit regular sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with lead generation tools and LinkedIn outreach.
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in IT Services or Digital Marketing Agency sales.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving and relationship-building abilities.
