Job Title: Telecaller (Work From Home) – EdTech / Coaching Institute
We are looking for a proactive and well-spoken Telecaller to connect with prospective students, explain our courses, and guide them in selecting the right program based on their goals. This is a remote role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for education.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective students via phone calls using provided leads/database
- Explain course features, structure, benefits, and career outcomes clearly
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs
- Address queries related to syllabus, fees, duration, and exam relevance
- Follow up with interested candidates to support the enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/Excel
- Achieve daily/weekly call and conversion targets
- Coordinate with the academic and admissions team when required
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills (Malayalam + English preferred)
- Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand student needs and provide appropriate guidance
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Self-disciplined and able to work independently in a remote setup
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree
- Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or academic counseling is preferred (freshers with good communication can also apply)
Work Details
- Mode: Work From Home
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Weekly Off: Weekly 1 day off
- Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives
