About the Role
Euroceil Systems Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Territory Sales Managers for Chennai, Delhi, and Bengaluru. The role involves developing business through architects, clients, consultants, and project stakeholders, along with generating leads and converting project opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Reach out to architects, interior designers, consultants, clients, and project stakeholders.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, references, and market visits.
- Identify and develop new project-based sales opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations and meetings with architects and clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, designers, and clients.
- Track ongoing projects and follow up regularly for business conversion.
- Understand client/project requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle concept selling and sales pitching effectively.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and business enquiries.
- Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.
- Develop the assigned territory and achieve business objectives.
Candidate Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in sales/business development.
- Experience in project sales, architectural products, interior products, building materials, or related industries will be preferred.
- Strong experience in architect and client interaction.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and pitching skills.
- Good negotiation and relationship-management abilities.
- Confident, presentable, and commercially smart.
- Good at networking and generating business through multiple channels.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
