Job Summary
EFS is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused HR Coordinator to support our India operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling employee queries, managing Madad support tickets, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring timely resolution of employee concerns within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle employee queries through calls, emails, and the Madad ticketing system.
- Create, assign, track, and close employee support tickets within the defined SLA.
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, Operations, IT, and other internal teams to resolve employee issues.
- Provide timely updates to employees regarding the status of their requests.
- Maintain accurate records of employee interactions and support cases.
- Escalate unresolved or critical issues to the concerned stakeholders.
- Ensure a high level of employee satisfaction by providing prompt and professional support.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to employee support requests and ticket closures.
- Support HR operations and administrative activities as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in HR Coordination, Employee Support, Customer Service, Helpdesk, or Ticket Management.
- NORTH Candidates preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi are mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting defined SLAs.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Candidates from North India will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
