Role Overview
As a Business Development Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will handle both outbound sales calls and ongoing client relationship management — converting leads into customers and ensuring a smooth, professional experience throughout.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and explain our services clearly
- Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Handle client queries via phone and WhatsApp in a professional manner
- Meet daily calling targets and weekly conversion goals
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding
Who We Are Looking For
- Fluent in English and Hindi — spoken communication must be confident and clear
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or client servicing
- Smart, self-disciplined, and target-driven
- Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet workspace at home
- Candidates from Kerala will be given first priority
