We’re looking for a Performance Marketer with 3+ years of proven experience to join our growing team.
What You’ll Do:
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and E-Commerce Campaigns
- Drive performance through A/B testing, conversion optimization, and retargeting strategies
- Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools
- Collaborate with creative, design, and content teams to deliver high-performing campaigns
Skills
- 3 years of experience in performance marketing
- Proven success with eCommerce campaigns
- Hands-on experience with Google & Meta Ads
- Proficiency in Google Analytics and GTM
- Strong analytical skills for data analysis and optimisation
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
