We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager (EdTech Startup)
Are you a performance marketer who lives and breathes ROAS, scaling campaigns, and revenue growth?
We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to help us scale our EdTech business to ₹1 Crore+ monthly revenue while leading a team of 6 performance marketers.
Location: Iyyappanthangal, Chennai.
Experience: 4–7+ Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
What you'll do:
- Scale paid campaigns across Meta
- Drive course enrollments and revenue through high-performing funnels.
- Manage ad campaigns for both our brand and client accounts.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 6 members.
- Optimize ROAS, CAC, CPL, and overall campaign performance.
- Collaborate with creative, sales, and funnel teams to achieve business goals.
What we're looking for:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.
- Proven success in scaling revenue through paid advertising campaigns.
- Strong expertise in platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital advertising channels.
- Experience working in an EdTech company or a digital marketing agency is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing campaigns and teams.
- A startup mindset with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution excellence.
