Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Intern to join our Accounts team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in accounting processes, financial reporting, and day-to-day bookkeeping activities. The ideal candidate should have a strong interest in accounting, with the willingness to learn and contribute to a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in maintaining accounting records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
· Support the team in preparing invoices, bills, and payment vouchers.
· Help with data entry and documentation of daily financial transactions.
· Assist in bank reconciliation statements and tracking company expenses.
· Work closely with the finance team to support month-end and year-end closing activities.
· Maintain financial data accuracy and ensure timely updates in accounting software.
· Provide support in audit preparations and filing of documents.
· Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounts team.
· Communicate with clients, if needed.
Requirements
· Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial processes.
· Proficiency in MS Office and good knowledge in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, or similar).
· Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
· Good communication and organizational skills.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle financial data responsibly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
