Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations
- Manage the complete employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee records, personal files, and HR documentation.
- Prepare HR letters such as appointment, confirmation, increment, transfer, warning, and relieving letters.
Attendance & Payroll
- Maintain daily attendance and leave records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll processing and verify payroll inputs.
- Ensure timely salary processing, full and final settlements, and statutory deductions.
- Prepare payroll reports and MIS as required.
Statutory Compliance
- Handle PF, ESIC, Labour Welfare Fund (LWF), Professional Tax (where applicable), and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns within prescribed timelines.
- Coordinate inspections by government authorities and maintain compliance records.
- Liaise with statutory consultants and government departments.
Factory Compliance
- Maintain statutory registers and records as required under the Factories Act and other applicable labour laws.
- Assist in obtaining and renewing statutory licences and registrations.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and welfare provisions applicable to factories.
- Support internal and external compliance audits.
Labour Law & New Labour Codes
- Possess working knowledge of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020.
- Understand the Code on Wages, 2019.
- Understand the Industrial Relations Code, 2020.
- Understand the Code on Social Security, 2020.
- Support implementation and compliance with the new labour codes as and when notified and applicable.
Employee Relations
- Address employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, payroll, leave, and statutory benefits.
- Support grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
- Assist in employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
HR Documentation & MIS
- Maintain HR databases and statutory records.
- Prepare monthly HR reports, including attendance, manpower, attrition, recruitment, leave, and compliance reports.
- Ensure all HR records are accurate and updated.
Required Skills
- Sound knowledge of payroll processing.
- Practical experience in PF, ESIC, LWF, and statutory compliance.
- Good understanding of the Factories Act and labour laws.
- Knowledge of the New Labour Codes.
- Experience in maintaining statutory registers and compliance documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HRMS/Payroll software.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, MSW (HR), or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
- Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.
Preferred Industry
- Manufacturing / Engineering /Factory environment.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
