We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for our esteemed client to lead the company's financial operations and support its growth journey, including IPO readiness and public market compliance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in infrastructure, EPC, construction, or project-based businesses, along with a proven track record of leading an Initial Public Offering (IPO) or playing a key leadership role in taking a company public.
Qualifications
- Chartered Accountant (CA) is mandatory.
- MBA (Finance) or equivalent is preferred.
- 15–25 years of progressive finance experience

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Financial Leadership
- Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with long-term business objectives.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the Board, CEO, and executive leadership.
- Drive sustainable growth, profitability, and capital allocation decisions.
- Lead business expansion, mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
IPO Readiness & Capital Markets
- Lead and execute the company's IPO process from planning through listing.
- Coordinate with investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors, registrars, merchant bankers, stock exchanges, regulators, and other external advisors.
- Ensure compliance with IPO regulations, disclosure requirements, and corporate governance standards.
Financial Planning & Analysis
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning.
- Monitor project profitability, business performance, and key financial metrics.
- Develop financial models for infrastructure projects and strategic investments.
- Provide data-driven recommendations for operational and financial improvements etc.
