As the Manager - Commercial controller, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategies and ensuring the financial health of the organization. You will lead Indoasian Commercial function and responsible for financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, providing valuable insights to support business decision-making. Your expertise in commercial controlling will be instrumental in optimizing pricing strategies, managing gross margins, and analyzing sales and marketing performance.

Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team, providing strategic direction and guidance.

Perform Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support business planning and decision-making.

Develop and maintain budgeting, forecasting, and AOP processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Analyze gross margin and mix, providing insights for pricing and discount strategies.

Implement and manage commercial controlling processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

Collaborate with Sales & Marketing teams to provide financial insights and support their initiatives.

Conduct variance analysis (MoM, YoY, Budget) to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Monitor and control SG&A expenses, ensuring optimal cost management.

Utilize Power BI and management dashboards to visualize and present financial data effectively.
Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related discipline.
MBA (Finance), CMA, or M.Com preferred.
Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, Business Finance, or Commercial Controlling.
Experience in the Manufacturing or Electrical industry will be preferred.
