An HR Executive manages day-to-day human resource operations, including end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll processing, and benefits administration. They maintain employee records, ensure legal compliance, and foster a positive workplace culture by handling employee relations and engagement activities. They often report to an HR Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Staffing: Managing job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding for new hires.
- Payroll & Benefits: Processing payroll, managing employee benefits, and handling leave management.
- Employee Relations: Acting as a point of contact for grievances, fostering a positive work culture, and conducting exit interviews.
- Policy & Compliance: Developing and updating HR policies while ensuring compliance with labor laws.
- Records Management: Maintaining accurate, up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
- Knowledge: Thorough knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS/ATS).
