Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on hospital housekeeping and facility management.
- Conduct practical sessions on room cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Train candidates in basic plumbing, electrical maintenance, welding awareness, and facility upkeep.
- Educate students on infection control, waste management, and workplace safety.
- Prepare training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
- Evaluate trainee performance and provide mentoring.
- Conduct mock interviews and employability skill sessions.
- Stay updated with industry standards and incorporate them into training programs.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Facility Management, Hospital Administration, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of industry or training experience.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to handle practical and classroom training sessions.
