About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Technical Aptitude Trainer to join our team at SRM University, Andhra Pradesh. In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring, training, and preparing students for rigorous campus placements and technical evaluations. If you possess a strong command of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and programming fundamentals, and you love mentoring young minds, this role is perfect for you.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Delivery: Deliver high-quality lectures on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Data Interpretation.
- Technical Upskilling: Train students in programming fundamentals (C, C++, Java, or Python) and core computer science concepts.
- Curriculum Development: Create, update, and refine training modules, practice questions, and mock test papers.
- Performance Tracking: Conduct regular assessments, evaluate student progress, and provide constructive feedback.
- Placement Prep: Guide students through company-specific recruitment patterns (e.g., TCS, Infosys, Wipro, CTS, and product companies).
- Mentorship: Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and motivate students to improve their problem-solving speed and accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in B.E, B.Tech, MCA, or related fields.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in teaching technical aptitude or placement training.
- Aptitude Mastery: Exceptional shortcuts and tricks in quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning.
- Coding Knowledge: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and at least one programming language.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to engage large classrooms.
Job Benefits:
- Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month (Commensurate with experience).
