Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by delivering high-quality service.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Meet individual and team performance metrics, including quality and productivity targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Customer Service / Inbound Voice Process.
- Graduate in any discipline (Mandatory).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
