Business Operations Manager
Company: Life Scanners Health Care Pvt. Ltd. (DigiPath AI)
Location: Remote (India)
Reports to: Founder / CEO
Employment Type: Part Time/Project Based
Role Overview:
This is not an administrative role. It is an execution leadership role. The Business Operations Manager serves as the CEO's execution partner — the person who takes strategic conversations and turns them into structured projects, milestones, deadlines, dashboards, accountability systems, and measurable business outcomes.
If you have ever wanted to know what it actually takes to run a founder's office at a high-growth startup — not read about it, but do it — this is that opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy-to-Execution Translation
1.1 Convert the CEO's ideas, priorities, and verbal direction into structured projects, sprints, and clear individual assignments.
1.2 Break down ambiguous, high-level goals into actionable plans with owners, milestones, and deadlines.
1.3 Maintain a single source of truth for active initiatives and their status.
2. Operating Rhythm & Reporting
2.1 Own the company's weekly reporting cycle — collecting updates, synthesizing progress, and flagging risks to the CEO.
2.2 Proactively follow up with team members to ensure tasks are progressing and blockers are surfaced early.
2.3 Organize and run check-ins, stand-ups, and review sessions to keep execution on track.
3. Cross-Domain Project Coordination
3.1 Coordinate execution across technology, regulatory, sales, and legal workstreams, ensuring nothing falls
through the cracks.
3.2 Act as a connective layer between functional teams, so priorities stay aligned with company goals.
3.3 Identify dependencies and bottlenecks between domains and drive them to resolution.
4. People & Accountability Support
4.1 Directly support and compensate for the CEO's bandwidth constraints in task assignment and people
management.
4.2 Track ownership of tasks across the team and escalate accountability gaps.
4.3 Help maintain team clarity on priorities, deadlines, and expectations.
5. Executive & Ad-Hoc Support
5.1 Prepare concise briefing notes, summaries, and materials to support CEO decision-making.
5.2 Take on ad-hoc strategic and operational projects as the company needs to evolve.
6. Independent Project & Team Leadership
6.1 Team Assembly: Independently assemble a small, project-specific execution team whenever a project calls for it.
6.2 External Talent Management: Identify, onboard, coordinate, and manage external consultants, freelancers, interns, agencies, or specialists needed to complete a project.
6.3 Full Ownership: Take complete, end-to-end ownership of planning, execution, resource allocation, stakeholder management, quality, timelines, and final delivery — without needing to be chased.

- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, business strategy, startup operations, or similar roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
