Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Project Head to lead and manage residential and commercial construction projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project execution, resource management, quality control, budgeting, and timely delivery while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple residential and commercial construction projects.
- Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Manage site engineers, supervisors, and project teams.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical documents.
- Ensure compliance with local building regulations, statutory approvals, and safety standards.
- Monitor project costs, billing, procurement, and budget utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide regular project updates to management.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
- Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and timely project delivery.

- Strong understanding of BOQ, budgeting, estimation, and cost control.

- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech Civil).
- Master's degree in Construction Management or Project Management is an added advantage.
Experience
- Min 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction projects.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or Project Head role.
- Experience managing high-value construction projects is preferred.
Technical Skills
- AutoCAD
- MS Project / Primavera
- Microsoft Excel & MS Office
- ERP/Project Management Software (preferred)
- Knowledge of construction planning, estimation, and project documentation

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
