Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate with clients, vendors, and staff to ensure all event logistics are handled smoothly and efficiently.
· Oversee daily operations, including manpower allocation, and ensuring meeting rooms, banquet halls, and pantries are well-managed.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the venue, manage client accounts, and drive bookings.
· Assist in developing event budgets, tracking expenses, and negotiating with vendors.
· Supervise and motivate event and banquet staff to provide excellent service.
Requirements
· 1+ years of experience in event coordination or a related role.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Willingness to work on weekends and evenings as and when it is needed.
· Fluency in English and Tamil is must.
· Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
