Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive business growth. The candidate should have strong analytical skills, creativity, and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic and search engine rankings.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging social media content.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs such as leads, CTR, CPC, ROAS, and conversions.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing assets.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research.
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and Search Console.
- Experience with social media marketing and content planning.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
