· To Find project leads through various sources and do the proper follow up to convert the leads to confirmed projects.
· Arrange and co ordinate meetings with clients and architects with management whenever required.
· Report the details of meetings and discussions with proposed clients, architects and other stake holders to the Marketing head.
· Collect and arrange to get the required documents for tendering to the PMD and do follow up of quotation process
· Co ordinate with proposed client/architect or related person to arrange site visits by Project team for proposed projects.
· Support tender documentation and client proposals with real-time project data and case studies.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, vendors, and local authorities.
· Identify and explore new business opportunities through physical networking, site scouting, and relationship building.
· Supervise and assign daily/weekly tasks to the marketing executives based on project needs and business priorities.
· Monitor the performance and productivity of marketing executives and provide guidance, support, and training as required.
· Coordinate with the project and business development teams to align field marketing efforts with project milestones.
· Collect and organize site photos, client feedback, and progress reports for use in presentations and marketing materials.
· Prepare and submit reports on market trends, client interactions, competitor activity, and on-site marketing effectiveness.
· Assist in organizing ground-level events such as site visits, open houses, and promotional exhibitions.
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
