Job Title: PRO – Patient Relationship Officer (Hospital / IVF Center)
Location: Department: Patient Services / Business DevelopmentReporting To: Center Manager / BD Head
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented PRO (Patient Relationship Officer) to manage patient relationships, handle inquiries, and support business growth through referrals and coordination. The role involves enhancing patient experience, building strong networks, and ensuring smooth communication between patients and the hospital.
Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Relationship Management
· Act as the first point of contact for patient queries and support
· Build and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families
· Ensure a smooth and positive patient journey from inquiry to treatment
2. Referral & Network Development
· Develop and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and hospitals
· Visit partner clinics and generate patient referrals
· Maintain a database of referral sources and track conversions
3. Patient Coordination
· Coordinate with internal teams (Doctors, Counsellors, Nurses, Front Desk)
· Ensure seamless scheduling of appointments, procedures, and follow-ups
· Assist in handling patient escalations and feedback
4. Business Development Support
· Support marketing and outreach activities (camps, seminars, events)
· Contribute to increasing patient footfall and center revenue
· Track daily leads, conversions, and performance metrics
5. Documentation & Reporting
· Maintain records of patient interactions, referrals, and follow-ups
· Update CRM / hospital systems regularly
· Share daily/weekly reports with management
6. Compliance & Quality
· Follow hospital policies and maintain standards as per NABH guidelines
· Ensure confidentiality of patient and business information
Key Requirements:
· Qualification: Graduate (MBA / Marketing / Healthcare preferred)
· Experience: 1–4 years in hospital / IVF / healthcare / field coordination / BD
· Experience in referral generation or patient handling preferred
· Basic understanding of healthcare services
