As a Lead Generation Executive, you'll own the lead generation and outbound demand generation function, driving business growth through strategic social media marketing and targeted email campaigns. You'll focus on engaging decision makers in Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing sectors across the UK, Europe, and GCC regions.
- Generate qualified leads by targeting decision makers in the UK, Europe, and GCC Market regions
- Execute personalized email and LinkedIn campaigns targeting C-level and senior leaders in Engineering, IT, and Manufacturing
- Conduct thorough research on accounts, personas, and industry challenges before initiating outreach
- Leverage LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM tools to identify, engage, and nurture prospects
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule high-quality meetings for senior sales and solution teams
- Track, analyze, and continuously improve campaign metrics including response rates, conversion rates, and meetings booked
- Provide valuable insights on market trends, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to inform strategy
- 3-5 years of experience in lead generation or business development
- Proven ability to execute successful email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator for prospect identification and engagement
- Experience with CRM tools for lead management and pipeline tracking
- Strong research and analytical skills to understand target accounts and personas
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting compelling messaging
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet targets
