1. Create accurate 3D CAD models of gold jewellery (rings, bangles, pendants, bracelets, necklaces) as per design brief.
2.Convert manual / concept designs into production-ready CAD models.
- Prepare STL / CAM files for 3D printing and casting process.
- Ensure designs are manufacturing-feasible considering metal weight, setting, shrinkage and casting limitations.
- Coordinate closely with manual designers, production, moulding and casting teams.
- Make design modifications based on customer requirements and internal feedback.
- Maintain proper file naming, version control and design documentation.
- Support sampling and new design development for B2B / bulk orders.
- Follow company standards for quality, design accuracy and delivery timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of all client and proprietary designs.
- Hands-on experience in Jewellery CAD software (Rhino / Matrix / JewelCAD or similar)
- Good understanding of gold jewellery manufacturing process
- Knowledge of stone setting and casting requirements
- Ability to work in a factory / production-oriented environment
- Experience in gold jewellery manufacturing company (not retail showroom)
- Strong coordination and communication skills with production teams
